If I eat crap, I feel like crap.
Goals for this week:
-Only eat in the kitchen
-Sit down while eating
-don´t do other stuff while eating
-2 portions of fruit
- 3 Portions of vegetable
- 1,5l min. water
- 3 h sports per week
- don´t eat between 4-6pm and after 8 pm ( try to be outside while afternoon)
I don´t want to feel like I actually do.
I´ve got an eating disorder.
My goal isn´t to lose weight. I just wanna lose the eating disorder.
I´m working on it.
I don´t need to get skinny, I need to eat healthy, don´t overeat, don´t starve myself and don´t need to think about it.
Like every normal person.
